Deposit & Cancellation Policy‍ ‍

To reserve an appointment at Meraki Medical Spa, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment or product purchase.  We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • 24 hours or more notice: Your $50 deposit will remain as a credit on your account and may be applied toward a future appointment, treatment, or product purchase.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. 

• No-shows: Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their $50 deposit.  

• Unused Deposits  Deposits that are not forfeited will remain as a credit on your Meraki Medical Spa account for future treatments or product purchases. These credits do not expire. 

• Payment Authorization & Consent:  By submitting your deposit, you authorize Meraki Medical Spa to charge your selected payment method $50 and acknowledge that you have read and agree to our appointment deposit and cancellation policy.

Policy Updates:  Meraki Medical Spa reserves the right to update its appointment policies. The terms agreed to at the time of booking will apply to that reservation.
