Deposit Policy

To reserve an appointment at Meraki Medical Spa, a $50 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is fully credited toward your treatment or product purchase at the time of your appointment or for any purchases made within the next 30 days.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If you attend your appointment or provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will either be refunded or applied to your balance—your choice.

Deposits are non-refundable for No-shows & Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
